[OTR-users] Current Windows OTR Build Installer is broken on Win7

Weird; I think I've installed it to Win7 x64 using the installer
(pidgin-otr-4.0.0-1.exe) several times. Maybe a recentish Windows patch
changed something?

Did you try running it as Admin? Don't remember if that's how I've done it
or not.
