Any of the docs written by me can be used for whatever purpose. I think
someone once requested for them to be licensed under the GPL and I said
yes, but whatever free doc license you want to use is fine by me as
well.

I've used OTR over AIM successfully quite a few times. If you want to
test with me just send me an email.
