[OTR-dev] How to contribute?

Hi,

We're interested in contributing in libotr with patches. What is the
canonical way of submitting pull requests? We have submitted one of
our patches through the mailing list [0], but it's been some time and
we haven't received a response. I see there are other contributions in
this manner [1], so should we give it some time and wait for a
response?

Is this the right way to contribute, or is there a different way to
submit patches through a tracker?
