[OTR-dev] time for libotr-4.0.1?

Hi,

Yes, at some point a new libotr release is necessary! There are other
patches as well (not in git on sf) that need to be reviewed i'm
currently busy with that.

Next to that, there is a bugtracker on a new domain soon including a git
repository!
