Let us know you implement it for the proxy; I don't mind maintaining a 
one line mod to oscar.c in gaim to advertise it in Adium's libgaim if 
that's what it'd take :D

Though I suppose there's also no good way for a plugin to retrieve the 
capability settings for a contact, either...
