[OTR-users] OTR suddenly not connecting

Good question! Surely it's what I'm sending just based on he content. I'm
no longer at the PC and can't be sure tho.

I'll see about getting a packet capture from he other end. Or maybe just
make another acct and try to start an OTR session to that.

Thanks for the quick response Ian. I'll give an update when I return in
about 11 days.
