Hi,
I've encountered a repeatable bug with either OTR or Pidgin.
Pidgin 2.10.8
OTR 4.0.0
Windows

When transferring a file (MSN), once the file transfer has completed
Pidgin on the senders machine crashes. Both parties have experienced
this.
It's better than it was with OTR 3.x - then it simply wouldn't transfer
the files at all.

Is there a bug tracker for OTR? I can't seem to find one.
