[OTR-users] OTR blocked for some ICQ users?

I'm not sure if it's related or not, but a couple of us had similar
problems with OTR & ICQ months ago.
Seems to have cleared up on its own.  Ian was asking us to disable SSL in
Pidgin and get some logs to him, but it seems to have cleared itself up
first.  I wonder what was going on exactly?
