[OTR-users] otr does no work - ?OTRv23?

Hello, after kubuntu upgrade (to 13.10) otr plugin in psi+ stopped working.

Now I receive this message every time somebody with otr writes me:

Both me and my friend have plugins, furthermore all worked well before upgrade.
psi-plus-plugins depend on libotr5 package in kubuntu (so libotr5 currently installed on my system)

How can I fix this?
