Those are the *long term signature* keys.  You want the *short term
encryption* keys.  It's very important that there's no way to decrypt a
recorded OTR Data Message given the long term signature secret key.

You might be wanting to look at otr_modify or otr_remac if you're
looking to forge transcripts.
