Someone gives us his OTR fingerprint of contact account and he gives not
chat account. How can I find him/her and be sure that he is. For
instance he gives his mail account (contact at me.com) and the GPG public
key and the OTR fingerprint. Does he use XMPP with the same name as his
email account? There are many people I see that do it in their websites,
like Bruce Schneier https://www.schneier.com/contact.html. Thank you
