[OTR-users] Where in GAIM's folders do the compiled plug-ins go?

That's odd. make install should put the plugin into gaim's plugin
folder. I wonder if it has something to do with the prefix set by the
configure script. Try again, this time doing:
./configure --prefix=/usr
