[OTR-users] otrproxy 0.2.0 does not start under Windows XP SP2 - missing DLL : mingwm10.dll

Yes it does fix the dll error.
It also works with Miranda IM and ICQ accounts.

I seem not to get it working to AIM/AOL accounts that do work
when using no OTRproxy. Kinda wierd.

Maybe related to the next error in a new thread :)
