[OTR-users] REQ: More clear OTR active icon in Gaim

That's a good idea actually. The gaim-encryption plugin (made obsolete 
by the gaim-otr plugin) has the red, (private), green (can go private if 
you click me), and gray (user doesn't have gaim-encryption). I think 
that's pretty cool ;)
