[OTR-dev] libotr binding for C#

I understand, please inform us, on the list (?), when you finished your
otr-sharp wrapper/binding. Would like to try it out.

No, the license is horrible and I am not interested in auditing a C# based
implementation.
The dependencies are also nasty.

That license is better but still a native implementation instead of a C#
binding for the libotr C library.
