There have been quite a few commits made to libotr since the release of
4.0.0 on Aug 31, 2012, so I wonder if it is worth considering a 4.0.1
release. One of the
changes<https://github.com/off-the-record/libotr/commit/d748757e581b74e7298df155ad49174cb914102b>
I
could really use in my
OTRKit<https://github.com/ChatSecure/OTRKit/blob/otrdata/OTRKit/OTRKit.h>refactor,
but I'm uncertain if shipping the master branch of libotr would
be wise, and I would prefer not to ship a fork.
