[OTR-dev] Telepathy OTR support: WIP

Hi,

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16891 has seen quite some
activity lately.

The last bits are about general UX and trust model, and I think that
some input from experienced OTR folks there could be very useful to
ensure they implement the right thing.
