[OTR-dev] non-default setting for irc when using "require OTR"

Hi,

I switched pidgin-otr to use "require private messaging" per default.

However, it seems that I cannot disable the default for irc users. I
tried selecting Conversation->More options->OTR settings and unselect
"Use default OTR settings for this buddy" and unselect "require private
messaging" and "automatically initiate OTR", it still requires OTR and
communication fails.....
