[OTR-dev] mpOTR redux - now in git

I should mention that Jacob took the liberty of copying all of Cryptocat's
mpOTR research from the Cryptocat wiki without asking for permission and
without crediting any of the people involved. It currently consists the
entirety of this repository. At no prior point were we informed about this.
