[OTR-dev] Key validation via Namecoin

Hi!

I would like to mention that not all platforms on which pidgin-otr runs
can also run bitcoin (namely RedHat, which doesn't include some elliptic
curve stuff in their SSL builds[0]). So it should definetly not being
hardcoded into the pidgin-otr plugin to avoid unneccessary hassle to
packagers and delay updates.
