[OTR-dev] Incorrect formatted message handling in pidgin-otr plugin

libotr 4.0 has a facility for clients to munge incoming/outgoing
messages to handle just this issue, actually.  It would be great if one
of the authors of the non-pidgin OTR clients would take a look at the
convert_msg callback in OtrlMessageAppOps.
