[OTR-dev] pidgin-otr doesn't work out of the box in ubuntu intrepid

Hi,

It does not work.  I found out that my method only worked when I
stopped the compilation in the middle of it and then started it again.
 I will work on this a little bit per day in my free time now that I
am done with my qualifier exam.
