[OTR-dev] Pidgin plugin development and GUI look

Oh, forgot to mention:

We're definitely not going to try to match the strings since that's
dangerous. And since every OTR event looks to us the same since we
don't match for anything, we can't know for example if it's an
unencrypted message or not and thus can't know if we should trigger a
message event. This really makes libotr unusable for us.
