[OTR-dev] pidgin-otr: German translation

Hello,

i've done a translation in August, unfortunately some weeks after
release of the latest version 3.1. The archived mailing list post may be
found here:

I consider my version to be more correct since it uses the grammatical
polite form as does the German Pidgin localization. Regarding several
specific terms i have consulted many places like the pidgin
localization, occurences in other software or lemmas in German wikipedia
to achieve the most contextual correct translation. For example, i chose
"Passphrase" as translation for "secret", as the literal translation is
not a common term in German that makes users think about cryptography
but about personal secrets and there are more requirements than simply
using a pass"word" like "hello".
Of course, i'm ready for discussions, but i'd recommend to use my
version as base for changes.

Attached is the most recent diff relative to my first submission.
