[OTR-dev] Patch: cleaner account option menu

Hi!

The attached patch makes use of the functions
pidgin_account_option_menu_get_selected() and g_signal_emit_by_name() to
greatly reduce the code required for dealing with pidgin-otr's accounts
combo.
