Perhaps could save some space like so:

[ ] Use encrypted messaging [ DROPDOWN MENU ]

where dropdown has the options
- only when requested
- automatically
- and refuse unencrypted messages

So an enable/disable checkbox and 3 sentence completions selectable via 
the dropdown menu.  Thoughts?
