Hello all,

I would like to know who manages:
- https://github.com/off-the-record/
- https://github.com/off-the-record/libotr
- https://github.com/off-the-record/otrbot

Because it is not updated since a very long time...
Some guys are lost with it.
No update, no link to otr.im
OTR is dead from a lot...

There are:
- https://www.otr.im/
- https://bugs.otr.im/
- https://bugs.otr.im/lib/libotr

It is not possible to have one only website?
It will be nice to redirect https://otr.cypherpunks.ca/ to
https://www.otr.im/
