[OTR-users] [ADMINISTRIVIA] Mailing list migration

Hi, all.

We're in the process of migrating the server that handles the OTR
mailing lists.  Currently, I'm hoping the mailing list itself has been
successfully migrated (if this message gets through, then yay!).

The mailman website (where you can (un)subscribe, view archives, etc.)
is not yet done, so those features are currently offline.  I hope to fix
that this afternoon.
