[OTR-users] OTR blocked for some ICQ users?

If the message contains "?OTR?v2?" it seems to be also not recieved on 
the network adpater (using Wireshark).

Sorry about the confusion with "?OTR" in the previous messages.


To sum it up:
Manual OTR session inatiation does not work among the 3 users,
when auto initation is enabled it works.


If there are any tests we could do to further investigate, please let me 
know.
