[OTR-users] otr does no work - ?OTRv23?

I have installed all other available in Ubuntu repo psi+ plugins, but only two of them is enabled - otr and Attention.
Tried to disable all plugins except otr - it did not help.

I do not know what is instag and of course I did not set it to 0 explicitly.
Ok, then I'll write about the problem to psi+ developers, thank you...

Actually here is two "he"'s and both of them use pidgin (in windows)
