[OTR-users] otr does no work - ?OTRv23?

I don't know psi+ at all, but could it be that the OTR plugin somehow
got disabled in the upgrade?  Or some other incompatible plugin got
enabled?

If you run psi+ from a terminal, does it output any helpful error
messages regarding loading the otr plugin?
