3.2.1-2's uninstaller also seems to not be silent.
However, I've managed to rollout a silent upgrade from 3.2.0-1 to
3.2.1-2 by first doing this:

reg delete
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\pidgin-otr

so that 3.2.1-2's installer doesn't recognise that a prior version is
installed and just completes its installation, silently.
