It occurs on both versions. Started on 3.1, I upgraded to 4.0, then the
other party upgraded to 4.0. In all three cases, the bug has continued
to occur. I'll happily run a test version but Wireshark doesn't work on
my configuration.
I'll gladly be the second party though; I created tqm_testing on Yahoo
Messenger for the purpose of testing and am happy to test with whoever.
It's configured so that OTR is required to message me and is running
Off-the-Record Messaging 4.0.0.
