[OTR-users] Pidgin-otr 3.2.0 "was not encrypted:" fails to generate a new alert

Doesn't that force all IM conversations to use OTR, even if they don't
have it?  That's what I thought it was, so I didn't check it.

A workaround is to have the remote partner set "require private
communications"
for you.
