[OTR-users] Backing up your secret keys

Hello :),

I found two files called otr.private_key and otr.fingerprints. Would 
backing those file and pasting them once reinstalling off the record 
would do the trick to avoid to have to recheck new keys with everyone in 
my contact list ?

Sorry if this question has already been asked, it's the first time I 
don't know how to search into the mailing list...
