[OTR-users] Kopete OTR plugin

I hadn't seen it mentioned, but there is an OTR plugin for kopete:

Kopete also got included in the KDE network package as of version 3.5.6,
which will be included in Fedora 7. I will submit the kopete-otr plugin for
kopete when Fedora 7 is released.
