[OTR-users] Gaim Beta4 on Windows

It looks like Gaim once again trashed OTR on windows.  When I try to load
the plugins window I get the folling messages in the gaim debug window:

*plugins:* C:\Program Files\Gaim\plugins\gaim-otr.dll is unloadable: The
specified module could not be found.
*plugins:* C:\Program Files\Gaim\plugins\gaim2-otr.dll is unloadable: The
specified module could not be found.

The files are in the directory, what module is it looking for?  What can we
do to get this working again?
