No need to panic, we just moved house and our DSL wasn't set up as
promised.

The official mirror (as noted on the sourceforge project page
[http://otr.sourceforge.net/]) is
http://www.xelerance.com/mirror/otr/ .  As far as I know, that's been up
without interruption.
