The version in breezy is 2.0.2, so if you want the most up-to-date otr,
then you'll need to compile it from source (the .tar.gz files).
Otherwise yes, "apt-get install gaim-otr" will work. I've updated my
documentation (now for Ubuntu instead of Debian), and I'll send it along
to be put up on the website.
