I had already updated the AIM plugin.  The old TOC1 plugin had stopped
working
for me at some point.  I'd replaced it with the TOC2 one, but I hadn't
updated
the rest of miranda because there didn't seem to be a reason to in the
description of changes.

I have no problem with your posting the conversation to the list.  Anything
to
help.  I can pretty easily test things here with Gaim, so if you ever want
help
with testing let me know.  We have multiple computers and other people seem
happy with Gaim.  One of them is on Win2000 and the other uses Gaim on
Linux.

As to the contact list, looks like 'clist nicer' version 0.6.0.4.  I didn't
realize that the contact list was a plug in and that there was any choice,
so
that must have been the default when I installed miranda.
