No, it's up (in fact, it's on the same machine as this mail server), but
it's changed IP addresses.  Your DNS provider may be one of those
(annoying) ones that ignores DNS TTL times; the current IP address for
www.cypherpunks.ca is 205.150.102.100 (though that will almost certainly
change again in the next week or so).
