[OTR-dev] Git repos and bugtracker not working

Hey,

the git repos are not functioning anymore. Additionally the "new" bugtracker 
is not accessible :(

Urls checked:

https://git.otr.im/libotr.git
https://git.otr.im/pidgin_otr.git
https://bugs.otr.im/ 

Did I get this correctly:  the official website of libotr is now https://otr.im 
and https://otr.cypherpunks.ca is deprecated?
