[OTR-dev] State of OTRv3 implementations

Hey!

As part of the OTRv4 team, we will like to know what is the state of the
different OTRv3 implementations:

* what is missing in them?
* do they still support v2?
* are there any major bugs?
* are they regularly used?
* are they regularly checked/updated?
* do you need help?

We will like also to send this email to ask for help for the python otr
implementation. This was asked in the past but it is always good to know this
again! :) Here is the repo: https://github.com/python-otr/pure-python-otr So
if you want to work in a cool project, this can be so!
