[OTR-dev] ChatSecure iOS v3.0 Released

Unfortunately the Tor binary needs to be tricked into running in-process on
a background thread, and then managed by the control port. Each application
that wants Tor support needs to bundle a complete copy because on iOS there
isn't a feasible way of running a separate app with a background socket
like with Orbot.
