[OTR-dev] OTR, Pidgin & Guaranteed message delivery

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question that I hope you can help me with: what messaging
protocol can I use that would work with both Pidgin and OTR while ensuring
that my messages get to the person that I sent it to?
I have been using yahoo messenger and it is a total disappointment. It is
losing messages left and right so, here I am searching for another
protocol... maybe xmpp?
