[OTR-dev] Pidgin-otr end conversation

It just prints out:

  User is not logged in

When trying to start an OTR session, the message above is printed
three times but apart from that seems OK and acceptable :)

I guess yes the IRC exception should be handled since it's not
uncommon to receive private message from people not in your roster.
