The irssi-otr plugin does *NOT* receive anything hence my question in
the first place :).

Ending an OTR session in irssi is noticed by pidgin but pidgin is not
sending any notification if the conversation is closed on its side.
I've tested this with psi-plus as well.

I've checked the pidgin-otr code and seems that no
otrl_message_disconnect() is called when ending the conversation.
