Small update regarding this part because I was the student working on it.
Code is in git but it needs review by somebody experienced with otr\pidgin internals:
the main problem is that I was unable to correctly retrieve appropriate session
context e. g. map between OTR session and pidgin session.
For small files (<64k as far as I remember) it was working just fine.

Unfortunately I'm pretty busy with study assignments a.t.m. but I hope to have more
time later in spring.
