[OTR-dev] Possible infinate loop flaw in CVS

This is almost certainly because one or both of you are logged in more
than once.  One of your logins can't read the encrypted messages, and
complains.

We certainly want to fix this, but it's not trivial, and no one has the
time right now.  It's certainly in the plan for the future.
