Not yet. I'd like some input on whether the API proposal for the
"policy" question is sane. [i.e. "is useful to the people (Evan?) who
will be hooking it into clients"]
Actually implementing it shouldn't be more than 1/2 an hour, if we agree
on what "it" should be.
